Tuesday:
9-10am Yoga w/weights & Chairs (Christina on Zoom)
9-10am Level 1 Yoga (Paul in Studio)
 
 Wednesday:
7-8pm Kundalini Yoga (Janice on Zoom)

Thursday:
9-10am  Yoga for Flexability (Christina on Zoom)
9-10am Level 1 Yoga (Paul in Studio)

 Friday:
9-10am Yoga w/chairs (Christina on Zoom)

Saturday:
9-10am Level 1 Yoga (Paul in Studio)
