9:15-10:15am De-Stress & Restore Yoga w/Paul (In-studio)

8-9am Kundalini Yoga w/Christina (In-studio & on Zoom)

9:15-10:15am Yoga w/chairs w/Christina (In-studio & on Zoom)


Saturday:
8-9am Yoga Body Tune Up w/Paul & or Christina
