The yoga class is offered free the first Thursday of each month. You may attend the 5:15pm class .

Trance Dance We'll explore the connection between internal cadence and external rhythm in controlled and ecstatic movement. A towel and water is recommended. A willingness to move is a must. Fee $10.00
