Yoga and Friends offers many special classes
and other learning experiences in addition to the weekly Hatha Yoga and
Cardio-Kickboxing classes. The list of special classes, workshops and other

Hawaiian Shamanism, Kids and Family Yoga classes, Herbal Seminars, Reiki,
Trance Dance, Drumming Circles . The schedule is
