5:30 - 6:30pm – Level 2 Chair Yoga w/weights
6:45 - 7:45pm – Level 1-2 Yoga

Tuesday -
9:00 - 10am – Level 1-2 Yoga
10:15 - 11:15am –Yoga, Weights & Kickboxing
6:45 – 7:45pm – Level 1 Yoga


Wednesday -
9:00 - 10am – Level 1 Chair Yoga
6:45 - 7:45pm - Kundalini Yoga

Thursday -
9:00 - 10am – Level 1-2 Yoga
10:15 - 11:15am – Level 2 Chair Yoga w/Weights

Friday -
9:00 – 10:15am – Level 1 Chair Yoga
